I went in trying to find parts for my AC and Angie was super helpful. I think she went above and beyond just to be helpful and that was much appreciated. She even did some researching on the parts. Very cool. I would rate it 6 stars if I could
I was very worried and upset about having to buy a front headlite and who would put the new one in. I talked to Jacob on the phone and then went to the store. Jacob assured me everything would be fine and then he CHANGED The bulb for me! He was very knowledgeable and professional! He even had me start the car to make sure it worked. I think he went above and beyond. You definitely want to keep him around he is an asset to your company. I hope you give him a raise. Thanks Jacob!
