I went to AutoZone to buy a new battery. The employee helping me asked me to “help her,” which ended up meaning I had to lift the battery myself because it was too heavy for her. Then she tried to upsell me on a battery protector. I politely declined and told her I already had some at home, but she kept insisting. I don’t mind helping someone out when needed, but if lifting a 25-pound battery is part of the job, why is the customer expected to do it instead?
