Kevin has such a charming personality, a quick wit, and a genuine way of making you feel like you’re in good hands. I was nervous about hearing the things wrong with my car. Then I met Julissa and she just made everything a bit more comfortable. She was patient with my questions and explained everything to the fullest detail. I really appreciate people who enjoy their job. I have ran into some car places where the judgment was real!
