I go there and I talk to one particular person all the time who is so helpful. Her name is Oceana no matter what question I ask she always has an answer. She always tells me what I need very fast very friendly very outgoing. You definitely need more awesome people like her around .. finally a place I can go and not feel like a dumbass when I’m asking questions.!!
Wanted to take the time to shout out Steve for his incredible help and professionalism today. Came in to change a battery and all of my tools were at the house we were moving into so did not have supplies. Without hesitation Steve came outside and worked on the biggest pain in the butt installation of a battery I’ve seen. Thank you for taking the time to assist and making today much less stressful than it had to be.
Great experience. I had I believe Jeff change my battery for me. He was super nice and easy to work with. Completed it quickly and accurately. Very happy with the customer service and level of expertise. Highly recommend
Best store in town Fady bekhit is a great asset to this store every time Im only dealing with this store because of him I own Ralph auto on 13th street (commercial account) I’m always having problems finding someone to answer the phone or to help me in any other stores which they always claim they are short handed but Beeridge’s store Ive been always greeted with a smile from Fady and he is always willing to help with a positive attitude 👍
