Came in to the store and had a return for my son and Sylvia Smith the CSM went above and beyond to help us get the return processed so we didn't have to drive to Henrietta to get it done! She was kind and friendly and you are very lucky to have her!!

Sue spent an hour in the blazing sun swapping out our Subaru battery. It was extremely corroded, and she was careful and patient removing the old battery to keep everything in tact. Tim came out and helped us too, delaying his lunch break. Amazing customer service, above and beyond what we expected.
It's not a bad place, just honestly some people shouldn't work there cuz they don't really know anything about stuff you going to AutoZone. You're expecting help with your vehicle and sometimes when you hire somebody to work as something they should have at least some experience of what the place is for
