Went to Fairmont Autozone yesterday and the experience was horrible. While walking in there was an employee smoking a cigarette inside the breeze way. He looked unkept and smelled foul. When asking the counter person about my part(s) concerns he attempted to belittle me about my knowledge rather than assist me with my needs. I need help from this individual, not a confrontation so before this even happen I just left. Time was of the essence and my request could have been handled more professionally.
