It went here to have a tailight bulb replaced. It was a hot day in July. I had been very sick along with a broken right foot and a severed left one. I hobbled in and bought the bulb for 11.00 and a torch driver for 13.00 and not being able to stand I ask the four guys doing nothing to help. They all refused. I ordered parts from the store in Massena and was told they would call me when available for pickup. Cannot begin to explain here as to why ordering online through their website was beyond insanely impossible, even with assistance from online customer service personnel!!
