I needed to be somewhere on a Friday night at midnight just to find out the car wouldn’t start, so my plans were cancelled. That wasn’t a big deal, but my mom needed to be at work at 8:30AM. This location (store 4462) opened at 7:30AM, so it worked out perfectly for us since we live a mile away. We got there right as Jose Delgado was unlocking the door for the day and he held the door open for us. Excellent customer service! Alejandro was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. He helped me with my tail light, installed the new bulb, and also replaced the batteries in both of my car keys. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. It’s always great to receive this kind of service from someone who genuinely wants to help the customer. Alejandro went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his assistance. Five-star service all the way — highly recommended!
Jack (or Jake) was very helpful late night Thursday on 7/30/2026. We came in right before closing (past 9pm) to purchase a battery. He was very helpful with no rush and even validated which battery we needed. He picked up the phone when I had a question after arriving home 10 min before closing at 10pm, and again was eager to assist. Great employee, good service, we will be back!
Had a great experience Jose Delgado was an amazing help 10/10. I came in for a light replacement they didn’t have it in stock so I went to another AutoZone but I was told they couldn’t install it so I called back to the first autozone and Jose said buy it there come back here and I’ll install it.
Amazing customer service, replaced my battery in 10 mins while dealing with several other customers. Highly recommend!
