They know what they're doing. Feel like a real car shop here. The manager, Johnathan C. is a hands-on leader. I came in hoping to troubleshoot my car battery and next thing you know he is testing and recharging within 2 mins of me coming in. Very happy with the service! Shawn Bennett was extremely helpful and made the visit go smoothly! He was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was good, highly recommend!
Bad experience with one of the workers Some old men was following me thinking that I was going to steal some electrical products I felt uncomfortable idk is cuz I’m Hispanic or the way I dress but he was rude I asked to look for the part, he started yelling and saying he didn’t have it. At least the other YOUNG EMPLOYEE was nice and able to search for the part that I need it. Anyways I paid for my parts.
