Very friendly staff
As a mechanic, Autozone is my number one choice always, but especially the south elgin location. Best group of staff out of all other surrounding towns. Friendly, they go above and beyond to help, and provide a lot more than just customer service. Anything they dont have directly in stock they will get it for you same or next day, as fast as possible.
I wanted to thank Shawn for helping me with my battery. It ended up being my battery connection and not a a dead battery. Finding honest people in this world is rare. There was no charge, I will definitely bring all my business to Shawn Bennet.
People seem to be very helpful and good here. Dislocation seems to have the most parts in stock.
Autozone on summit in Elgin very poor service, they had a new guy who didn't know what he was doing try and help me.I bought a 5 panel rear view mirror but later found it took too much to get it installed so I returned it. There system sucks,3 days and still no refund back on my card,,,,,,,,COME ON PEOPLE IT IS 2026 NO WAY A CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR MONEY TO BE RETURNED,,,,,,update your system!!!!!!
