Super lazy employee. Went in there to get a battery checked. He said it was good. He just connected my battery to his device. Didn't punch any numbers and said the battery is good. Didn't believe him. So I went to the AutoZone on Barrington road. The employee there connected my battery and actually typed in some numbers and told me the battery was bad. Which I knew it wasn't cuz it didn't start my car. But this one lazy employee didn't want to do his job.
Very poor customer service at this store, they had a mistake on their end and the workers their are not knowledgeable about trying to fix the mistake to make it right. Asked to speak to the store manager myself MULTIPLE times and the first few times the guy didn't even comprehend what I was saying to him. I wouldn't say this store has poor management, but people in charge when the main manager is not around do not know what they are doing.
