Needed new windshield wipers that were problematic due to the vehicle manufacturer, and encountered two of the nicest, most knowledgeable people. Joe & Alvaro are masters at what they do, and I appreciate them and their help. Will definitely be a return customer just because of them.
Went into AutoZone today and a young woman named harvest and a young gentleman name Jackson we’re very kind to me and showed proof perfect knowledge of the issue that I was having with my car, considering the youth these days with all they care about is their phone. I've been to many AutoZone before and never really received great service until I came across Fernando today. That man was a terrific help and deserves a raise
Purchased an alternator, it worked for less than 90 days. Cashier said I couldn't return it, however the manager did return it after I told him I purchased one from another competitor. Don't buy alternators from Auto Zone!
