I had rented a car and noticed that my license plate was secured by only one screw. To avoid losing it, I went in to purchase a replacement screw. The employee who assisted me was incredibly helpful—he not only found the correct screw but also installed it for me on the spot. He didn’t even charge me, explaining that he didn’t think I should be responsible for it. He truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for his kindness.
