I am actually rating two trips here. Both the young woman and the gentleman of a certain age were phenomenal in their customer service! Both of my tail lights went out within a week of each other and these two individuals changed the light for me, and no charge. They were very friendly and extremely courteous along the way as well. Just couldn't have any nicer, and the pinnacle of professionalism. A++++ 5/5 Strongly reccommend!
The customer service here is excellent. The employees were knowledgeable, quick and very helpful. Joseph and Vlad, may your pillows be cool every night. I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond to resolve the issue I had today. Thank you.
