I called Autozone in Minooka to ask if someone could change my cabin filter and John said that he would do that for me. He was very helpful, he had to look up how to remove the old filter. He went above and beyond to take care of this issue for me. As you can see in the photo my filter was disgusting. Thank you John I really appreciate you helping me out today.
I had to fix my transmission cooler line in the parking lot here. They had everything I needed. Very Helpful and professional. They kept me from being stuck on my road trip.
AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! I stopped in because my car was shaking and I was scared there was something seriously wrong. Tony did a diagnostic check and not only told me what was wrong but fixed the problem right there in the parking lot!!! He went WAY above and beyond!!!! HUGE shout out to the crew at Auto Zone in Minooka. For the first time (2 days ago…) I brought my car here to do a diagnostic check on the new popup on my dash (Check Charging System). As I was pulling in my suv was now slowing down. Tony pulled out my battery and replaced it with a new one as my battery was showing as “bad.” He re checked it after replacing my old battery w/a new battery. It said my alternator is bad.
