I'm a shop owner and an associate that said his name is "Kelz" (I don't know if that's his real name or his street name as he did not have on a name tag nor was he in uniform and he was talking on his cell phone while he was working) of store# 2695 said that I couldn't return a part that I had just purchased and no longer needed completely unopened.
