Coco in Commercial parts is topnotch at customer service!
I visited AutoZone at 1110 Sibley Blvd to purchase a light bulb for my headlight and a cabin filter. I received "excellent" customer service from Doncia the Store Manager, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so happy she was able to install the parts, which saved me $$. I recommend this location.
I had a great experience with customer service with the gentleman name, Ed or Edward. The rest of the team was also helpful in letting me know about me returning apart, and it was under warranty and me returning the other part and getting my money. Very satisfied customer The store here is in Dolton Illinois.
