Customer service at this place is very bad. Need to be improved ASAP. Do not go here go to the one on 147 and Halstead or 159th and wood great customer service

Miss Ariel at the Sibley branch 147th help me so much professional good personality and friendly I took her time I will refer people to that AutoZone
Got stuck on the way to Chicago with a cracked radiator. The ladies working here were so friendly and put up with us working on the truck in the parking lot all morning. They offered water, allowed us to recover in their AC and came out to check on us occasionally. Great experience on an otherwise crappy day!
