The new store manager Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even let me borrow his personal tools to get the job done.
I was stranded a week ago due to issues with my coolant system and in need of repair parts and tools. The team that was there was amazingly patient as I repaired my car in the parking lot. If I had questions there were available to help. If there were things I needed to bounce issues off Tim and Olivia were on the spot to assist and help with any of the loaner tools they had. I came in for help with a light bulb and the female behind the counter said she could assist but was no help and her colleague Robert who had been there 20 years would be able to assist but he refused and said if she couldn’t figure it out they can’t help.
