Everytime I go into that store, the manager tries to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. He says it will “help me do the job right without having to come back” but is always suggesting me product that is for a completely different job. However, they are very helpful when it comes to diagnosing my cars issues and coming outside the store to get a better perspective.
Today, I needed a bulb for the blinker on my vehicle. It was a Sunday afternoon and I had a busy week ahead of me. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful, kind, and solved my issue so quickly, I couldn't believe it. You cannot find this kind of customer service anymore anywhere! These are awesome people working here!
Probably the quickest and most helpful experience I’ve ever had. I had a brake light out but wasn’t sure which one so I backed into the parking spot right in front of the door so I can ask the guys at the front desk to help me see which is out. Seeing me back up they already had the right bulbs ready for me at the register and told me it was my left brake light, I was in and out of there in less than a minute with the info I needed to replace it myself. Saved me a lot of time
