Had to go to this store to pick up a part because the store closer to us didnt have it in store. The guy working acted like we were interrupting his "social hour" to wait on us. He has a piss poor attitude while assisting my husband and I. His name was Chris. Dont think ill ever go back to this location.
Mark went above and beyond helping me with my car issue. My battery died at Buffalo Wild Wings and when I asked if they were able to help me replace it even tho I could not move it from it's location, Mark was quick to agree. He and the rest of the team there always insure quality support and even made sure to test it before fully leaving the area once it was replaced. Will definitely be back if I have any future car troubles!!
Chris showed hospitality and was friendly. He was super helpful diagnosing and replacing my car battery.
In a town where it takes everybody forever to do anything, anywhere, Charlie got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks man.
