Said they had the part I was looking for, but when I got there they didn’t have it. Was told I could order it have it delivered to the store to pick up to avoid shipping charges only to try this route on their website and find I had to place the orders at the store. SAD!

Roadside service co jump started my car battery. Wasn't sure what the problem -- battery or alternator? AutoZone staff (my apologies for not remembering name) tested and found alternator ok (charging) so I had battery replaced. He was very helpful in battery options and also very meticulous in the installation process. It gave me time to check fluid levels especially oil. He offered the store had parts for car hood hinges since both no longer are able to support. I will consider returning to purchase these items.
