Every time we deal with Gina, the experience is frustrating. She acts like customers don’t know what they’re talking about, interrupts instead of listening, and comes across as rude and dismissive. We’ve repeatedly left without getting the help we actually needed because she seems more interested in proving she’s right than providing good customer service. A better attitude and willingness to actually listen would go a long way.
