Exceptional customer service! Malika was polite on the the phone and immediately welcomed me in the store. We went to check the state of my car battery. She was knowledgeable, fast, and courteous, and went the extra mile to check on the starter and the charging capacity. I have tried other auto parts places in the area, and Malika and AutoZone outshine all others. Simply the best!
Was hoping they could replace a bad battery. Was told they didn't know how to remove the battery since it has a circuit board on top... just bought the battery and had it installed elsewhere, which was just 2 clips to move the board to the side and out of the way and remove the bracket holding the battery. Then had to return back to store get the reimbursement for the Core (old battery). A bit of an inconvenience but whatever.
