Poor customer service. Asked if someone can assist me with selecting windshield wipers for my car because I did not know the size. Young man pointed to aisle two. I did not know the size. Another young man with dreads, who gave much better service than anyone else, looked it up for me. I asked if someone can help me put them on, and a guy who looked to be a manager said to me sarcastically, “help, or put them on for you?”. call this morning and spoke with Jr. and he installed a new battery for me in =9 degree temp.
Wonder if the district manager is aware that the store closes before 9pm when customers are present so that the manager (has locs) can go home on time.
