The employees that helped me were excellent! They were knowledgeable and took time to walk me through a headlight check and fix. Thank you to Sandra and the other employee who assisted me!
I came in with an issue with my headlight, and while one guy wasn't exactly helpful, someone else came to help me. I'm not good with cars and I didn't even know what screw I needed, but she helped me and even went outside to help me get the headlights off. I don't know her name, but she deserves a raise
Piss poor customer service. Spoke to a lady who said she can get my battery removed and a new one installed. I ask her twice just to make sure. Gave her my car model and everything via phone and I was assured that they had someone that could do it. Lady comes out and says, "You can buy one but I can't replace it". Had I known that on the phone I would've never used the last battery life on my car to go to Autozone. They called 2 employees to try to assist me with jump starting the car.
