My engine was making noises when accelerating so I took it to this Autozone for a diagnostic test. Explained the issue to the employee at the counter & didn’t seem too interested in helping. He brought out some equipment to my car, went out there for maybe 30 seconds, and said nothing was wrong & went back inside. 24 hours later, my alternator goes out while driving to work. Autozone is normally pretty solid but would never go to this location again
The staff was very friendly, Miss Jeannie who helped me was very kind.

Great customer service and patience. I actually doubted their knowledge but turns out they were right. I'm not complimenting them because of that, but because of the poise they handled my doubt with, and how they gained my trust.
