My battery died because of the cold weather. After getting the car jumped I went to AutoZone on 65 where Matthew helped test the battery and installed a new one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did he complain about the cold weather. I really appreciate the help he gave me.
So disappointed was told to come out there then they told me they couldn’t help me put my battery in terrible service
Everytime I come here this specific guy always says "he can't do something" it's the 4th time I've asked him can he do something such as putting a mirror on or giving my car a scan. It's so annoying I don't even wanna come back
Matthew , Nathan , & Arlind were amazing!!! Went out of their way to help me and got my car running again. Spent 2 hours with me to make sure I could drop off the lot !!!
Charlie the store manager is amazing saved me so much my cars battery light was on and he went out of his way to help me find the reason. It was my belt and I was stranded so he sold me a belt nd jumped right in to help me install it after he was off work. I will always come back to this location because of him...
