hardly ever answers the phone if they do put you on hold and doesn’t get back on. I called seven times in one day and never got an answer and went there and not a single customer was in the store
My battery died because of the cold weather. After getting the car jumped I went to AutoZone on 65 where Matthew helped test the battery and installed a new one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did he complain about the cold weather. I really appreciate the help he gave me.
