I hardly ever write a review, but this time I just had to. Best service I’ve ever had at any auto parts store ever, bar none! Eric was outstandingly helpful! And everyone there was very friendly!
Just came into my local AutoZone, as I was having a headlight issue. I tried to fix the headlight myself but was having trouble getting it to work in the car. I decided to go inside but didn’t want to interrupt anyone, so I started looking for a tool to help. The second I stepped through the door, two technicians asked if I needed anything. Brayan was absolutely amazing!! Went in because I thought i needed a battery but he tested it and took the time to tell me about the results and got me situated. Awesome dude and very polite.
My husband purchased a battery about a month ago. We are having some trouble with this battery and we brought it in and Riley Helped us. It was wonderful and he really did help us out. He exchanged the battery which wasn’t working and gave us a new battery so mu husband was able to get his truck inspected electronically. Riley was very helpful. The team here is so wonderful! They changed my headlight and were so knowledgeable and helpful when doing so. I tried to tip the part sales manager for installing my headlight and he would not even take my cash. Erik M. Was wonderful and even showed me how to do it myself if I ever need to! The world needs more people like him!
