I purchased a starter for my Kia Sorento last year, and unfortunately it went bad in September. I went back to AutoZone to check if it was still under warranty. I was able to get a new starter within days of reaching out. I really appreciate Autozone standing behind their warranty and making this a stressfreee experience. I received great customer service from the Store Manager. She resolved my issue and I am very happy with how everything was handled.
