The customer service at store 2690 was above service
Today while I was shopping in the oil filter aisle I heard a woman, the store manager I would assume, with a broadcasting voice going after the staff about "growing balls." The language was very unprofessional in a public setting. What ever caused her to lash out like that is not appropriate in any business and abusive. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint. I have not had any problem until today.
The woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude that I called elsewhere. She lost you a thousand dollar sale. I’d fire her.
I went there to get my wipers change he made me do it after I told him I didn’t know how he said to me what do you do for living nothing I just stood there embarrassed he was an older guy with a cane very rude. But then an another guy came out and helped me very nice helped me and showed me how to do it.
Fast and friendly service very helpful , when I couldn't find what I was looking for
