Called to order few parts some dude and he told me to pick them up at 6 pm. Went there to pick them but he never placed an order nor couldn't even locate the parts thru his system with asking gazillion questions about the car. He finally said they do not have it in stock and order them which can be picked next day. What a joke. Who gave this store 4.5 star???? Store in laws and friends? Total bs store.

Needed a Battery for my 2009 Kia Sportage 2.7L EX/AWD SUV; didn't have one In-Stock, but the friendly Parts Associate looked up and informed me that other nearby Stores DID... and installation was FREE; However, I went to the Waukegan Kia Dealer and had it Replaced, unfortunately that was a HUGE MISTAKE, cuz was charged $272!!
