If only they allow 0 stars. Horrible customer service rude people. You give them a part number they ask for what kind of car. If you can’t tell me if you have something in stock you should go work at Walmart. Don’t hang up on me and then ignore my calls and put me on hold! If you want rude service go here but if you want good service and helpful people go to the one on Dekalb street.

Friday June 12th around 1:30 we were at the auto zone behind the courthouse and this guy came from the back his tag name is Leon N with a battery in his hands screaming and insulting another co worker, he said he was going to beat a guy up and somebody in the back he was cussing them out somebody took him out but he looks like a demon, i would never go back to the store, mental health is a problem on that store

Roxbough store is a mess,folks dont know what there doing,stuff u need never in stock then I have to allways go to the hub .batteries never last more then year n a half,6cars in my family, think I know pretty well about sum of the parts ,gottn very expensive everything in the store

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I was told to come back two days in a row to have a new battery installed, and after multiple trips, still no service. Each time, the employees give me different excuses—someone called out, or they had to send the battery tech to another store. It’s so obvious they just don’t want to do the work. They’re lying and trying to push me off to another location, even though this is the closest store to me. I will never return to AutoZone again.
