We stopped in to purchase low beam headlights in the past the associates have always been friendly and helpful and would put them in for us. This week we encountered two very rude, clueless employees unwilling to help. We tried stopping by a couple times hoping to encounter a different associate when we finally found a different employee willing to help the other employee who we had been dealing with told him not to put them in for us.
