A great place to get parts for your car. Very good quality. Workers are very helpful.
I was attacked by a manager, he was having an attitude and messed my order up so I told him he’s useless at his job and I’ll just put it back he came behind the counter and assaulted me. Then called the police and said I was trying to steal even after I gave him the products after assaulting me and threatening to stab me. Called in today to get some help with an online order that was not delivered. Got Chris on the phone who almost immediatly interupted me while i was telling him what was going on. He did not listen to me or what i needed the entire time and kept talking over me when i would try and explain what i needed. He eventually said that he had a store full of customers, and needed to go. Am i not a customer? Quite possibly the quickest, easiest, most polite experience. Way to go 859 Dallastown location.
I experienced some of the worst customer service, the other day, while I was there on Sept 10, 2024. There were 2 female employees and they acted like I wasn't there! I'd talk to them and hardly got a word from either. Then they didn't want to ring up my order! I feel bad for the n owner/investors of this store. I see them going m out of business. I.wont be going back!
