Went to AutoZone for a car that needed a new battery. The person that helped us was named Griffin. I have to say he was awesome! Extremely helpful, kind and knew his stuff. He tested our car to make sure the starter and the alternator were working and replaced the battery for us in 10 minutes & we were on our way. I would highly recommend this location and was so happy to interact with a customer service person who was just top-notch.
Bought a battery for my car. Went to put battery in my car and refused to do so due to where the battery was located. Went back inside to return it, then got harassed about how I didn’t buy grease and that my original sale of the battery shouldn’t have happened since I didn’t buy the grease. I left with the new battery I paid for, old one still in my vehicle.
