Wow! Called up there and asked to speak with Nick because I knew I’d get the right parts, he told me that he was going on break at a certain time, but I didn’t hear him so I headed up there. The staff here are always friendly and always helpful.
I called them yesterday because on my way home my truck broke down 6 minutes away from their store. I live 2.5 hours away and I explained that and Ricky was so nice when he answered the phone and came out DURING HIS LUNCH BREAK to help me. I appreciate him so much!!
Every employee is very nice and very helpful! Plus, the employees all help each other and they don't act like know it alls! Let's face it; soooo many makes and models...makes me trust them more. One day I was in there picking up my prepaid parts and I needed to show my ID, but then I couldn't get it back in my wallet, so tired that day, the manager asked if I'd like for her to try it ... Decided to trust her and boom my problem was solved. Thank you all you make my life easier!
