Multiple times iv attempted to buy a battery but im told they dont have the staff to install it.
Ron is the best! He replaced my head light bulb, it was no easy task as it backed up to the car battery (no room to move around) and was stuck. It was so cold and windy outside, but he was determined to help. All around great customer service, he deserves a raise. THANK YOU RON!
Not the best service. The staff is usually to busy hanging out with eachother instead of helping customers.
Wow! Called up there and asked to speak with Nick because I knew I’d get the right parts, he told me that he was going on break at a certain time, but I didn’t hear him so I headed up there. When I got there, I seen Nick don’t know if he was having a bad day or not, but he spoke Very rudely to me and said that he told me he was going on break(I didn’t hear that) so he said one of the other employees would have to help me.
