My husband and I were so pleased with William (Bill) he was so kind and helped us so much…. From my friendly phone conversation to our visit at the Norwalk Ohio store putting in our new Battery he gave us excellent advice and helped us above and beyond!!! Thank you Bill @ Autozone !!!!

Went to this store when a bunch of our warning lights suddenly went on. Pulled into this AutoZone as it was the closest one. William S. was the employee who helped us. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and comforting about what was a convening situation for us. Checked our diagnostic codes and helped us check our oil level too. Was as smart and helpful as you would ever want an employee to be. Know that you will be in good hands at this store!
