I stopped in this store this evening which is Memorial day because my check engine light came on my car and I needed it checked. I entered front door and the clerk behind the counter did not acknowledge me with a good evening, how may I help you at all. Yesterday I had a bad experience with Mr. Gregory and Lupita. I arrived at the store at 8:28 p.m. and they refused to serve me because I was going to pay in cash. I asked if AutoZone no longer accepted cash and they did nothing to help me. I took a picture of their faces; they were completely intolerant in the way they treated me
