These people are amazing!! They took the time to understand my dilemma. The G Ride broke down and needed some battery juice! Dylan, Ethan and Verity took extra time to make sure that the Dirty Hippie was taken care of. They listened to my story and encouraged me to be able to take care of the issue myself. I am empowered now and can't thank the team enough.

Drea has great customer service. She replaced my windshield wipers & check my fluids for me, made a repair. Greatly appreciated!!! Especially after I just had it in a repair shop to ck all fluids.
Was in there today and have to say Robbie was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us understand and figure out the batteries we needed and even with the extra mile to install them. I was an O’Reillys earlier that day. Not sure why I went there. I guess because it was close to my home, but I promise you AutoZone will always be my number one go to and had been for years. until O’Reillys was built close to my home. The employees are not good...I bought a 300 dollar battery plus other stuff and I asked them if they could give me a hand swapping it since its a service they offer....they said they didnt know if they could(i was only asking for assistance holding some stuff back even tho it says they offer free installation) so I said just let me use the tools to do it.
