I was at Autozone at noon today. The one at 1551 E.Dorothy Lane. I went because I had a headlight out. I asked if they were hard to install and they said they can be. I purchased it from Ethan and he walked out with me and looked under hood and said that you have to go under the tire to replace it. My heart sank after having a horrible morning. Wonderful customer service.
Aiden was super helpful getting me the battery that was right for my car, not just the first one that popped up. He installed it quickly and efficiently while being friendly and chatting the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back!
