Great service, saved me In a pinch. Houston was a life saver, guy definitely deserves a raise.
Went there to have them check my battery. The guy was gonna take it out to charge the battery. Didn’t even know how to take the battery out of my car. Then he called the manager out and she had no clue she didn’t even try. She just threw her hands up in the air and said well if they can’t get it I can’t get it. How are you a manager and don’t know how to take a battery out of a car. There was one bolt that you didn’t even try to undo. How can AutoZone have working people who just don’t have a clue about cars?
I went in to order parts yesterday, person that helped me didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Told me parts wouldn't be in for five days. I asked about transferring from other stores, like I usually do. They seemingly put the order in and I agreed I'd pay when they arrive the next day as I usually do as well.
