The Orrville AutoZone has the most helpful crew and they are always so friendly as soon as you walk in! Franklin seems to be there every time I am there and has helped me with my car and my daughters with new wipers - I appreciate it very much!
Got windshield wipers and two employees came out to change each. The young one screwed it up to where it fell off and scratched my front window. Very dissatisfied as the older fella did it correctly while this younger guy obviously needs to be educated quite a bit before working at AutoZone.
Brian is always a big help will take the time to find the hard items
