Just got off the phone with my mother, who discovered a burned out headlight bulb after coming home from the county fair last night. They were kind enough to change them for her on the spot. I wasn’t the customer, but I really appreciate what they did for her. I wish I had a name, but I think that kind of attitude warrants me to drive a bit out of my way for my auto parts from here on out.
Stopped by to get my car ( Chevy Cruze) checked by them because of problems. They scanned it, set me up with the proper parts and explained everything to me that would need done and gave me a few pointers. Everything worked out great. The older guy knows GM and his advice made everything go better. Great bunch of guys working there 👍
My man Jeff L behind the counter is amazing. Couple issues with the computer system but Jeff pivoted and took care of my needs. Going above and beyond. Also the team work between the wooster store (Justin) and Orville store (Jeff) was absolutely amazing. Autozone parts may not be cheap but neither is the customer service. Thanks guys!.
A woman working there hooked up my new battery and my car stopped in the middle of highway , found out the one terminal was so loose I could blow it off lol , almost got into an accident because of half ass work . Won’t be returning to this auto zone , now I have to work on a car that was already supposed to be taken care of , do not let her touch your car !!
