A woman working there hooked up my new battery and my car stopped in the middle of highway , found out the one terminal was so loose I could blow it off lol , almost got into an accident because of half ass work . Won’t be returning to this auto zone , now I have to work on a car that was already supposed to be taken care of , do not let her touch your car !!
Orrville location is amazing Jeff ledger is absolutely amazing one of the most helpful Employees Iv delt with Brian is also very polite and helpful as well

First review from 6 year and wasn't so good. And now under new manager. It been great work with Jeff ledger always on top of the parts it fact the whole group has been outstanding
The most helpful Auto parts store you could ever ask for! The manager, Michael, was helpful, kind, considerate, and didn't treat me like a women who doesn't know anything about cars! I highly highly recommend this store! Never had a bad experience, and I've been there plenty! Haha
