The service here was great! James Travis, Ryan Zanzano, Dave, and others went out of their way to trouble shoot and solve an issue I was having with my car battery and resetting an anti theft mechanisms that was triggered and inhibiting my car from starting. I appreciate you going way out of your way to assist me! This was not a planned visit to break down in your parking lot and you all were very helpful, informative, and got me on my way!

I really appreciated the service I received when buying a battery. Adam was very helpful when getting the correct one for my car. He installed it, filled the washer fluid and took the time to answer all my questions even if they didn’t have anything to do with the battery. Thanks for the great service!
Besides one guy that i spoke to on the phone not ordering the right part I needed, these guys are good. Most of them know what they're talking about
I would give them less than one star if I could every single time that I went to the Wadsworth location there's five people working a line out the door with one person actually working everybody else just walking around and everyone that works there is extremely rude like if they had somewhere else to be other than their
