Scott K was absolutely rude when I stopped in to get my battery checked. Acted like he had better things to do than come out and check someone’s battery. Also was argumentative and rude when I asked how he knew my alternator was bad vs my battery. Just a simple question could’ve been answered a lot kinder.
Excellent service! The staff was friendly and very helpful!
Older guy at the counter is extremely rude didn’t want to go in the back to look for rubber hose I asked for and that I bought there before then he told me they don’t sell it, asked if they sold barb fittings after then told me “ I don’t know” and just told me my total for the stuff I did have at the register. I never want to have to deal with him again, he should not be in customer service.
Fast service and very knowledgeable and helpful staff they carry a lot of parts
