If I could 0 stars I would. Overall cleanliness needs an update. Workers rude, refused to install my battery because I wouldn’t give my phone number for points. I returned the battery and got it from O’Rileys. You lost a customer forever.
Corporate refuses to help. I called a while ago in regards 2 adjustable upper rear control arms. They sent non adjustable. Mechanics do not warranty parts. They pulled up order I purchased in store and last corporate call. All of a sudden now they can't pull information under my rewards. They aren't paying for the labor. Refuse giving me difference back in parts. It's ridiculous. Adjustable cost a lot more than non adjustable. A couple days ago I went in to purchase a funnel. Stood at check out for 5 minutes. No one in the store to take my money. Door rang as another customer walked in. Short chubby guy with bun in red shirt runs out of back room and helps that customer first. I had been waiting.... Continued to wait but no one would help me. Second bigger guy in grey shirt in back room kept peeking out but would not help me. I walked out and drove to NAPA where I was treated properly and purchased a funnel. Never will return to AutoZone.
