Ronny is amazing, if you come here, ask for Ronny, he goes above and beyond to help with any issue,he helped me so much and was so kind and patient, the world needs more people like this guy!
I was in the Brandt Pike store on September 1st to purchase some FREE ON for my air-conditioner some time after 1pm I didnt have enough money on my card and no cash on me. However there system took 65.30 from my debit card. I was told i would get a refund in like 5 to 10 business days. I still have NOT received my refund... I have tried calling and received the line that it is up to my card issure to return it. You know we all work hard for our money for it to be taken away without a product to show for it...
5* battery change experience. Thanks Ronnie!
