Not a single person asked if I needed help, regardless if I looked like I needed it or not. Got the wrong part (cause I obviously cant read 🤪). Young gentleman at the counter who rang me out the first time, was also the gentleman who ended up taking my return. Do you think he said one word? Like "oh, im so sorry, did we help you?" No. Not a single word either transactions. AND the kicker, noone helped me the second time I came in either. Trust me, I get being busy. Simple, "can I help you find anything" goes a long way. 😒

I was at work & my key fob wouldn’t start my jeep. I called auto zone and The manager Aaron changed my key fob battery for 10 dollars. He did such a great job at a reasonable price. I called around they were trying to charge me 300 dollars. Thank you Auto zone for all that u do for us that need immediate assistance with our vehicles
Althea was such a fantastic worker and was able to be there at my every need and help me around the store and whatever i was looking for. It is such a blessing to have an employee like that there. Will be coming back. Great service
