This particular store has been 0 help in two tries for my family. The first time my wife’s wipers were stuck and they wouldn’t even come outside to look at them. Their response was “we don’t mess with that.” Today my wife’s car “died” right next door (same parking lot) and they wouldn’t come outside to test the battery. Their answer was “we can’t leave someone in the store alone for that long.” This is very poor customer service. Especially compared to other autozones.
