I stopped by Autozone to get a new battery, and while the staff members were friendly, the store itself was not it. It’s hot outside and even hotter inside the store. The girl there offered me a chair because I almost passed out while getting my battery changed. I can’t believe this is the environment these people are working in, and other customers have to endure.
This is looong overdue. This is my FAVORITE Autozone. I have been coming here for years. The reason I love it is the people are ALWAYS helpful, down to earth and knowledgeable. I'm a woman and I prefer coming to this Autozone than shopping at some retail stores because of the service, the experience. Diego assisted me on my last visit and he was a sweetheart. He found my item and truly went above and beyond after that. Thank You Diego for taking care of me and my vehicle. God Bless You All!
