Mordecai (I hope I spelled his name right) was exceptional. I called in thinking I knew exactly what I needed based off of advice from other autozones but this gentleman actually told me that what I called for was not what I needed and told me what I needed and even proved he was right without me asking. Very proactive, hell of an employee!
AutoZone as a company is DIFFERENT. I have never experienced such service laced in care and true concern. Everyone is always so nice and helpful + ,consistently. It is when there was a mishap that I REALLY saw the fairness and dedication to their customer service and THAT is when you see what a company is. I have never been so impressed and I'm complete disbelief at the amazing level of respect and concern I was given. This has elevated my perception of this company.
