Worst customer service experience. The front desk employee was talking rude, had an attitude, and did not help me find the item I was looking for. I believe it would be good for the manager or owner to speak with the employees about being more polite and professional with customers. As I read others feedback I believe everyone has bad experiences from the same employee. I had a terrible experience with the staff at this place, especially the older man who works there. He wasn't even wearing a name tag, and he spoke to customers in a completely unprofessional manner. He had an attitude and would often double-charge customers. Even when you politely pointed out the mistake, he would become defensive.
I’ve been a member of this community for 12 years, I’m also the owner of a local Car Repair shop(in the community) Sometimes I have excessive hydraulic fluid and old oil from car repairs. So I bring it here to be recycled. The policy is 5 gallons per customer! It’s been that way forever! I don’t know this managers name, because she wouldn’t give it to me when I asked.
