05/24/2026 between 5:30 to 6:00 pm I'd a very bad experience with one of Auto Zone associates. He cursed me out, he was extremely RUDE and ARROGANT..!!! He went further by telling me that he's 42 yrs old how could I come into his store and disrespect him. If not because he's on the clock. He would have met me outside of the store. Worst customer service experience. The front desk employee was talking rude, had an attitude, and did not help me find the item I was looking for. I believe it would be good for the manager or owner to speak with the employees about being more polite and professional with customers. As I read others feedback I believe everyone has bad experiences from the same employee.
