Sherrod was polite and efficient. He quickly switched out the break light bulb and had me on my way. I've been to this location several times and had very blah service. I was very pleasantly surprised and very satisfied as a customer today. I recommend making Sherrod a manager so he can train the team on better customer service. Thanks man 🙏🏽👍🏽
I came to make a simple return for an item I purchased online. The sales associate who helped me had a poor attitude right out the gate, and had no idea what he was doing. He had to keep stepping away to get help from employees for every step of the transaction. After 10 minutes he told that he can't do the return, and I'd have to come back next week when their manager is working. Wasted my time.
