Varias veces he ido a esta tienda y tienen un servicio pésimo. El día de hoy, estaba esperando que me atendieran. Estábamos en la línea tres personas, el personal, todos desocupados sin hacer nada, solamente uno estaba atendiendo a una persona y se tardó que me tuve que salir e irme a la refaccionaria de enfrente, que es otra cadena, porque el servicio aquí en AutoZone en esta dirección es pésimo

I'm in the store that goes to buy some things that I needed to make me ask a salesperson a question and I answer myself, despite a very bad attitude, leave my things and go out I'll have to go to another store very badly on the part of that person, they should leave their problems in their each and not bring them to their jobs so as not to treat people badly.
They have a female thats working 8/19 2025 thats keep hanging up on me and all I’m asking for is the model of a part so I can purchase it , hanger up on me multiply times very unprofessional
worst of the worst customer service. gave my battery here to charge and they misplaced it and gave it to the another customer and gave me some old battery to use and said i can’t do anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVUCE
