I needed a battery for my car and showed up just before closing. Aida was more than happy to assist me. She took out the old battery and completely installed the new one...that's after she tested the old battery to see if it was bad. (And it was.) Im so grateful for all the wonderful employees at Auto Zone. They are helpful as well as extremely skillful. Ill definitely be back.
I'm not very experienced with cars but I got the best customer service experience when I needed to replace a battery that day. It's very safe for girls to go there. And get what they need.
Andres A is the best in customer service I've ever seen 100/10 and he's handsome go by the Rincon store and see him!!!
