Rincon has exploded in retail in the past 30 years. From a once auto parts store and a Walmart to several competitive offerings. Unfortunately in this America auto batteries are brand specific and prices for 12V are 500% more than 1990. They had three choice for my specific car, from $129-$300 and all with the same warranty coverage. The days of warranty replacement are now as dead a a 13 month old Die Hard.
Paid for a new battery for $224, went home and brought back the battery that wasn’t working for $23 core charge. I asked to see if it was covered under warranty, which it was! They told me it’s a one for one swap I had brought this battery in for warranty. So I expected my $224 refund coz I clearly didn’t need to pay for another battery with warranty. Addida went the extra mile to help me find what I needed. I had just visited a different auto parts store in town and they were not able to help me. In less than five minutes, she located the part I needed, and I was checked out and out the door. She provided excellent customer service!
