Paid for a new battery for $224, went home and brought back the battery that wasn’t working for $23 core charge. I asked to see if it was covered under warranty, which it was! They told me it’s a one for one swap I had brought this battery in for warranty. So I expected my $224 refund coz I clearly didn’t need to pay for another battery with warranty. They just handed me $27 and told me that’s all it’s worth under warranty. Clearly this place has no respect, integrity and showed clear disregard of their own standards.
Miss Barbara was a great help & her customer service was amazing …she help me put a left bulb light in my car tail light with no Hesitation.. I wish I could give her a million stars ..
