I went in at Monday night around 8 cause I needed a battery replacement. I was in and out in under 15 minutes! Props to the two people working there and holding down the shop by themselves! Those two deserve a raise!
I’ve been going to this AutoZone for a while now, and honestly, the customer service is second to none. Every time I walk in, they know me by name and make me feel valued as a customer. The team is always professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. What really stands out is their follow-through. If I could I would leave no star, the staff there is very arrogant and not willing to help, and as per there GM she told her staff that she does not follow up with AUTO ZONE POLICY and she uses “BB” policy to do any returns or assistance with anything, this is very rude and unprofessional of AUTOZONE TO have employees come up with there own policies I don’t come and shop to “BB” auto parts store I come to shop at AUTO ZONE AND I EXPEXT THE SAME TREATMENT AT EVERY SINGLE LOCATION “BB” is the worse store manager I ever meet wi... read more

Open until 10 pm tonight, a Friday! Abraham replaced both my headlights and explained everything to me. I arrived after dark with only one working headlight on my 2013 car. Abraham took care to make sure the new bulbs were in securely. I am so grateful to be able to get this done so late in the day. Abraham made my day with his courtesy and care.
