Last week ,I couldn't start my car and a fuse under the hood was making a clicking sound so I had my son take my car battery to AutoZone to see if the battery was slightly dead and if the fuse was the cause. They did a free battery check to see what the problem was and the battery was flat out dead. I left and went to Walmart. Yes,I went to Walmart and they didn't care. If you're going to any Auto zone in the savannah area, please do not go to the one in Pooler. Manager is really rude & refused me a refund. She went overboard and made me feel very uncomfortable. Went outside afterwards, spoke to customer service, they told me to go to another Auto zone and that I was provided false info by this manager. Went to Auto zone in RH, very nice, very understanding and reassured me that I was provided wrong info. Sales clerk helped me to find the replacement bulb for my dome light in my car, the number in the computer didn't match up with the bulb that came out but we tried it anyway and then had to get one that looked like the one I removed but had a different part number.
