HORRIBLE customer service. The manager Robert was helping us and decided main stream in convo to pick up his PERSONAL cell to talk to Gary we came in because we needed help, no excuse me I need to take a call or anything. This isnt the Autozone im used to been dealing with this company since I was little with my uncles and Daddy but with this type of unprofessional events I Will definitely take my business (LLC ) to Orileys.. Corporate you need to do better on your training. Out with the old in with the new.
Robert had me in-and-out checking my codes on my Chevy Impala! Class-act guy, knows what he’s doing, and super friendly!
