They helped me get a new supplemental battery for my Jeep, but did not offer to help me put it in. I had to go to a local garage to do that and obviously had to spend more to get that done. I was a bit disappointed that they did not put it in. Just sayin'...
Jake was great! He changed my battery b4 the storms came in. He saw that it was leaking, grabbed his tools, and made sure I was done in less the 15 minutes. Paperwork and all! I even offered to send them dinner because he help me get back to my tedious night but he turned it down. I'll go there again. Good people, knowledgeable, & quick to act! Thx allot
I rolled in with a overheating light on and was halfway thru an 8hr drive to my destination. Willie was very helpful in looking at my coolant levels and suggesting things to check were functioning properly. He dealt with me asking probably dumb questions for the better part of an hour and a half. Ended up being able to go without needing to buy anything, but wanted to make sure to note the great service.
