Came to Autozone for windshield wipers and ,as a young women early 20s, knowing absolutely nothing about wipers! Phillip was absolutely amazing! Helped me pick the right ones and even walked me through putting them on step by step! The time, care, and attentiveness he provided was outstanding! Will definitely be coming back!
We here at Techrhon Aerial, appreciate you guys. First of all, all our parts are always right. The employees are very courteous and professional. We walk in the door they make you feel like you belong.. Just the manager as a leader upon leaders. He has an amazing staff of people that work next to him. Deborah is really cool. Workers here suck at their job. Just come look for yourself. They don’t know much about cars and are slow with checking out 1-2 items. Worker is literally singing while the line has about 4-5 people in it and was unable to even help the customer saying she barely knows what she’s doing🤦♂️. Then they say I can’t return my unused items that clearly the policy states I can return. I’m now forced to go to an Autozone that I know will honor their policy.
